The Matterhorn

One of the worlds most famous mountains

With a summit elevation of 14,692’, the Matterhorn should be climbed when you are acclimatized.  Fortunately the Zermatt area has excellent options to practice your climbing skills while acclimating for the ascent.  A typical Matterhorn program would include 3-4 days of climbing prior to the attempt on the Hornli ridge.  Options such a traverse of the Breithorn ridge, an ascent of the Riffelhorn, or some climbing practice on the Dri Hornli are spectacular ways to prepare for the Matterhorn.

The 6 day program cost is $3,600

Transportation, lodging, and lift tickets are not included.
